Happy April, everyone! This is a shorter post today. So I will stick with the essentials.

As we begin April, spring continues to advance. We awaken from our cocoons forced on us by our environments. Be the cocoon created by cold weather, Covid, or both. Waken slowly, but steadily from this cocoon. Practice ahimsa, non-harming/non-violence. Do what nurtures you best be that yoga nidra, a yoga posture class, a walk outdoors, a good night's sleep or something else. Sprinkle your inner daisy with water and sunshine. Learn more about ahimsa in a future post.
