As Fall approaches later this week, tonight's yoga nidra is all about transitioning between the seasons.

Summer is a warm and wonderful time where it is easier to feel a bit more carefree. As fall approaches in the northern hemisphere, we may notice that there is less light permeating our days in the sun. Available daylight is shortening and nighttimes are lengthening.

Transitioning from one season to the next brings new adventures as leaves in some climates begin to turn color and the air takes on a certain crispness. Some may go apple picking, turn introspective, participate in a harvest festival or visit the pumpkin patch. Those are all natural activities for this time of year.

In Florida, the advent of Fall means that the humidity of summer begins dissipating (yay!). The days become drier and skies bluer. As much as I love Summer, I welcome Fall because it is a beautiful time of year wherever you may live.

Please join me tonight at 7:30pm for a yoga nidra that will prepare you for this time of transition. .
