Here it is, CyberMonday already! Just 35 days until the New Year. How time flies! Right?!?!

At this time of year, while some of us are busy shopping, many of us set about reflecting on the past. If you can find the time during these busy days, spend a few moments reflecting on both the good and the bad of 2023. You may even want to reflect on why this time of year brings out certain emotions for you.
Write it all down. Journal it and then read it all back to yourself. This action will help you gain deeper insights into your life and self while helping you grow as a person.
Here are some prompts to get you started:
As you reflect on the less than positive aspects of the past,
Making change is difficult and requires practice, so it is never too early to start.

In yoga, trying to make changes does not have to wait for the New Year. But rather changes begin to happen in this moment when you determine that change is needed.
A change can be something such as using a different approach to the thing, avoiding the thing, or turning it 180 degrees.
Remember that yoga happens in the present. Not the past. Not the future. The time is now.
