Balance Your Energy, Balance Your Life: The 7 Chakras

The seven main chakras are commonly seen as the pathway to balancing energy within the body. If we activate and balance our energy centers, it could be a road to both physical and spiritual growth. The series of 8 workshops will cover the 7 chakras with the first week being an introductory overview of the whole chakra system. Each week we will have a Zoom online discussion and activities with subsequent yoga postures and meditation. This will be followed by an optional free question and answer session.
