Free Holiday Yoga Nidra

My gift to the community is a free online Yoga Nidra class.

With the holiday shopping, cooking, and eating season in full swing, it is time to take a bit of self-care relaxation for yourself.

I will guide you through this profound meditation that helps to tap deeply into your true self. By the end of the practice you may feel a little more refreshed and relaxed. The focus of this yoga nidra session is on stress release. An added bonus is that It may also help you to sleep a little better tonight.


You will be on your back (or seated) for almost an hour. So, it is good to be ready with some props. Suggested props:

  • Yoga mat (or blanket or towel, or bed)
  • (Comfortable chair with arms if you plan to sit)
  • Pillows and/or bolsters. As much padding beneath you as possible
  • Eye pillows add an extra benefit.
  • An extra blanket and socks if you tend to get cold.

Cozy on up and enjoy this wonderful meditative experience. Yoga Nidra is a relaxing restorative practice. Great refreshment during holiday season. You will thank yourself!
