
This class focuses on strength, flexibility and balance. It is good for all ages, particularly for those bodies that have a lot of life experience. Suited for all body types and yoga levels. You will be offered modifications as needed.
Props: Two yoga blocks (or 2 books about 4 inches thick), a strap (a belt or tie), a blanket, thin pillow or towel, and a yoga mat (or towel on the floor). A sturdy armless chair is optional.
You can use your cellphone or computer to access this class online.
It is optional to turn on your phone's camera. If you wish to receive feedback from the instructor, you will need space enough in your home to be about 4 to 6 feet from the device.
