
This class is a good choice for those who have been diagnosed with conditions known as osteopenia, osteoporosis, or those who want to maintain bone health as they age.
The sequences taught during the class are based on Dr. Loren Fishman's proven yoga for bone-building series.
Props: Two yoga blocks (or 2 books about 4 inches thick), a strap (or a belt or tie), a blanket, thin pillow or towel, and a yoga mat (or towel on the floor). A sturdy armless chair is optional.
