
As we age, our bodies have different needs. Fortunately, yoga is an enduring practice that can be adapted to your needs wherever you are in your life stages. All my classes and teachings are tailored to older adults meeting you where you are right now. Yoga for Seniors is NOT chair yoga. Although we may do some poses in a chair, the chair will be used mostly as a prop. Most poses are done traditionally incorporating props and modifications, as needed.
