
After a long hard day many of us like to just unwind, but find it difficult to do so. In this online session you will learn how to release and redirect your energies inward by stepping back from the stress of daily life. You will be guided to step into a world that is only about you. Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) can help you unwind and ease into a good night's sleep and, perhaps, provide you with extra energy.
You will be seated or on your back for almost an hour. So, it is good to be ready with some props. Suggested yoga mat (or blanket or towel), chair with arms if you plan to sit. I recommend as much padding beneath you as possible. Pillows and/or bolsters. Eye pillows add an extra benefit. Perhaps an extra blanket and socks if you tend to get cold. This practice can be done from the comfort of your bed. Get cozy and enjoy this wonderful meditative experience.
