Relax and refresh into a good night's sleep. It is said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. Laurie will guide you through this profound meditation that helps you tap deeply into your true self and feel refreshed and relaxed by the end of this practice.

You will be seated or on your back for almost an hour. So, it is good to be ready with some props. Suggested yoga mat (or blanket, towel or bed), chair with arms if you plan to sit. I recommend as much padding beneath you as possible. Pillows and/or bolsters. Eye pillows add an extra benefit. Perhaps an extra blanket and socks if you tend to get cold. Cozy on up and enjoy this wonderful meditative experience.

Yoga Nidra is a relaxing restorative practice. Great refreshment after a long hard day or just do it because you can. You will thank yourself!
