Balance Your Energy, Balance Your Life: The 7 Chakras
This is an event series

The seven main chakras are commonly seen as the pathway to balancing energy within the body. If we balance and unblock our energy centers, it could be a road to your own physical and spiritual growth. The series of 8 workshops will cover the 7 chakras with the first week being the introduction to the chakra system. Each session will focus on an individual chakra and last anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes. A video will be available for 7 days after the session, if you are unable to make it at the scheduled time. We will meet via a Zoom online discussion and activities followed by yoga postures and meditation.
