This week's blog is short in that I continue to physically and mentally process the current events that have occurred in our world over the last few weeks. My well is exhausted and I am in the process of refilling it.

In times of despair, yoga helps us to reach further inward. That means bringing unity between our physical and mental selves. Thus improving our overall well-being via both a physical and mental practice despite the chaos that surrounds us.

Speaking of refilling the well, the theme for tonight's yoga nidra is a just that: wishing well. Replenish your well with a beautiful deep meditation or a private yoga lesson. Bring your own music.
